摘 要:以某型MPV汽车蓄电池支架为研究对象,在ANSA中建立CAE分析模型.基于该模型进行模态分析,对比模态仿真分析结果与发动机怠速频率,判断主要激励源,确定优化思路;在4种工况下,对蓄电池支架进行强度分析,通过应力、应变分析结果判断危险部位,为改进设计确定方向,提出合理改进方案;对优化改进后支架结构进行强度分析.结果表明:改型后支架能够满足结构性能要求,为后续进行模块化产品改型设计时,提供了快速优化的思路及方法,提高了效率,改善了材料利用率,降低了生产成本.Based on battery bracket of a certain type MPV,the CAE analysis model was built in the platform of ANSA.The modal analysis was carried out and the excitation source was judged from the results comparison between the simulation analysis and the engine idle speed,the optimal solution was determined.Under the four different working conditions,the battery bracket strength was analyzed,the weak positions was located through the stress and strain analysis results, which guide the design improvement direction and propose a reasonable improvement solution.Then the strength of the improved bracket structure was analyzed again.The results show that the optimized bracket can meet the structure design requirement.Thus aquick optimization method was provided for the subsequent modularized product design revision,which not only improve the efficiency and the material utilization percentage but also reduce the production cost.
