三七皂苷注射液联合西医治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对三七皂苷注射液与西药联合应用在高血压性脑出血疾病治疗中的临床应用效果进行观察与分析。方法:按随机数字表法将70例高血压性脑出血患者分成对照组与实验组,前者予以常规西药治疗,后者在此基础之上予以三七皂苷注射液治疗,且对其治疗的效果加以观察。结果:实验组患者的总有效率(94.3%)明显比对照组(77.1%)高,差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压性脑出血患者予以三七皂苷注射液联合西药治疗,疗效确切,值得大力推行。Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the Sanqi Zaogan injection plus western medicine on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: According to the random number table method, 70 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the control group and experimental group. The former was given the conventional western medicine; the latter was given the Sanqi Zaogan injection more. Results: The total efficiency was 94.3% in the experimental group, significantly higher than 77.1% in the control group; the difference was obvious, and statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with the Sanqi Zaogan injection plus western medicine could gain curative effects, and is worthy of promotion.
