摘 要:船舶艉管轴承温度高是目前船舶建造和营运过程中的常见故障。基于弹性流体动力润滑理论,考虑到艉管轴承的弹性变形,建立了某大型船舶艉管轴承油膜润滑的数学模型;使用Boussinesq近似和变形矩阵法计算艉管轴承的弹性变形量,采用超松弛迭代法计算弹性流体动力润滑的二维雷诺方程;分析了Sternsafe材料和白合金对某大型船舶艉管轴承承载能力的影响。通过对该大型船舶艉管轴承材料的改进设计,提高了轴承的承载能力并通过实船应用取得了良好的效果。High temperature of stern tube bearing is nowadays a common problem in ship construction and operation. In consideration of the stern tube bearing elastic deformation, an oil lubrication mathematical model for the stern tube bearing of a large ship is established based on elastic hydrodynamic lubrication theory, where the stern tube bearing elastic deformation is calculated with Boussinesq approximation and deformation matrix method, the two dimensional Reynolds equation of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication is solved by over-relaxation iteration method, and the influence of using Sternsafe material and white metal on the stern tube bearing loading capacity of the large ship is analyzed. As the stern tube bearing material is improved in design, the loading capacity of the bearing is increased which leads to an excellent result when it is applied onboard.
