摘　　要：多功能深水环保专用船是目前国内航速最快、主尺度最大、功能最先进、装备最齐全、载运能力最大及回收能力最强的多功能船舶。针对该船设计特点,从公约和规范的角度,着重阐述燃油舱保护、对外消防、溢油回收等方面建造检验要点,同时介绍了该船舷侧内置式溢油回收装置及其工作原理。与国内现役的环保船相比,该船不仅增大主尺度,增强了载运能力,还融入燃油舱保护、对外消防和改进式溢油回收装置等多项先进的技术。可为相关专用船舶设计和建造检验提供参考。The multi-functional deep-water environment protection ship is currently the fastest and largest domestic multi-functional ship with the most advanced functions, the most complete equipment, the largest loading capacity and the most powerful recycling ability. According to the design characteristics of the ship, this paper elaborates, from the view point of rules and regulations, the key factors of fuel oil tank protection, external fire extinguishing and the construction inspection of enhanced spilled oil recovery device; and introduces the operational principle of the internal spilled oil recovery device on ship sides. Compared with other domestic environment protection ships in service, this ship has not only increased main dimensions and loading capacity, but also adopted advanced technologies such as fuel tank protection, external fire extinguishing, enhanced spilled oil recovery device, etc. This study may provide references for the design and construction inspection of specialized ships.
