摘　　要：目的:了解川南地区基层医院临床药师制的建立与实施现状。方法:采用问卷调查法,从领导对临床药学工作的重视程度、临床药师基本情况、工作制度及内容、考核及评价等方面,对川南地区4个城市基层医院临床药师制的建立与实施现状进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:共计发放调查问卷40份,回收有效问卷35份,有效回收率为87.50%。在二级医院,医院领导对临床药学工作的重视不够。35所医院共配备93名临床药师,以40岁以下、初中级职称和本科学历为主,其中26名通过临床药师岗位培训、4名通过带教师资培训;在开展的药学服务项目中,以参与临床查房、会诊、病例讨论、处方和医嘱点评、药品不良反应监测为主;工作考核体系尚未完善。结论:川南地区临床药师制的实施情况有待进一步完善,尤其在二级医院,需要进一步加强。Objective: To investigate the establishing and implementing of clinical pharmacist system in hospitals of South Sichuan. Methods: Questionnaire was used to investigate the establishing and implementing of clinical pharmacist system in 4 cities of South Sichuan information including emphasis on clinical pharmacy, general information of clinical pharmacists, job contents and assessment system, etc, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 40 questionnaires were used and 35 questionnaires were recovered effectively with the effective rate of 87.50%. Results showed that the leaders failed to pay enough attentions to clinical pharmacy in Grade 2 hospitals. There were totally 93 clinical pharmacists in 35 hospitals. Most of them were younger than 40 years old, undergraduate and have junior and middle professional junior-middle title. About 26 pharmacists passed job training and 4 pharmacists passed teaching qualifications training. The pharmaceutical care projects mainly included ward rounds, consultation, case discussion, prescriptions audit and adverse drug reaction monitoring. The performance evaluation system wasn't perfect enough. Conclusion: The implementing of clinical pharmacist system in grade 2 hospitals of South Sichuan is not going well and needs to be further improved.
