摘 要:随着对武器威力与机动性需求的提高,迫击炮也在向着轻量化发展。近年来,通过采用轻型合金材料和复合材料已经可以有效地减小迫击炮炮身和座钣的质量。然而,进一步降低迫击炮质量则受制于迫击炮发射时的冲击载荷。故从减小作用到座钣的发射载荷出发,设计了一种适用于迫击炮的小行程弹性胶泥缓冲器,并建立迫击炮发射动力学模型,基于Matlab对后坐运动进行了分析计算,对缓冲器的流液孔面积、后坐长度、后坐力等进行了分析,确定了缓冲器的结构参数。计算结果表明,笔者设计的缓冲器在不显著增加迫击炮结构尺寸的情况下能够有效降低迫击炮的后坐力。With the demand for the artillery power and mobility rising,light-weight design of mortar has become an important direction of research. In recent years,the application of light alloy materials has reduced the mortar weight to a large extent,while the further weight reduction was confined to the launching load. A kind of buffer using elastomer as cushioning material was designed to lighten the weight of platebase. The launching dynamics model of the mortar was established,analyzed and calcu-lated based on Matlab. The design parameters needed were obtained from the data of liquid flowing area,recoil length and recoil force. The calculating result shows that this kind of device is able to re-duce the recoil force efficiently without adding the mortar size significantly.
