肿瘤医院护士满意度调查结果及分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤医院护士满意度调查结果并进行分析。方法选取肿瘤医院护士400例,根据护士工作满意度调查问卷进行结果的调查和分析。结果肿瘤医院护士的工作满意度相对不高,各个维度的平均分在3分左右,其中,被认可与表扬与成就感的得分稍高,而工资及补贴的满意度相对较低。结论肿瘤医院护士满意度不高与工资和补贴直接相关,应提高护士的工资待遇,从而提高工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the satisfaction of nurses in tumor hospitals and analyze the results of the investigation.Methods 400 cases of hospital nurses were selected,and the results were analyzed according to the results of job satisfaction survey.Results The job satisfaction of nurses in tumor hospital is relatively low,and the average score of each dimension is about three.Conclusion Nurses＇ satisfaction in tumor hospitals is not related to wages and subsidies directly,so it should be improved to increase the wages of nurses,so as to improve the job satisfaction.
