摘 要:腈水解酶在医药及其中间体、农药及其中间体、食品、饲料添加剂等精细化学品工业生产中具有十分广泛的应用。固定化腈水解酶便于贮存和重复利用,有利于产物分离和连续化生产。介绍了常用的腈水解酶固定化方法,如包埋法、吸附法、共价法、交联法以及新型固定化方法,如膜截留固定化法、定向固定化法。这些固定化方法对提高腈水解酶稳定性和重复使用批次起着重要的作用。Nitrilase is widely used in industrial biocatalytic synthesis of pharmaceuticals and their intermediates, agrochemicals, food additives, and other fine chemicals. Its immobilization not only solves the problems of long-time storage and reuse, but also be conducive to products separation and continuous production. In this paper, the commonly used immobilization methods of nitrilase are introduced, including embedding, adsorption, covalent binding and cross-linking. Moreover,some newly developed immobilization methods in recent years such as membrane intercept immobilization, orientation-controlled immobilization are also described. These methods play an important role in improving the stability and reusability of nitrilase.
