摘  要:研究能源互联网背景下,考虑用户热舒适水平和反弹负荷的中央空调直接负荷控制策略。分析影响中央空调负荷用户热舒适水平的因素及反弹负荷主要影响因素,采用热焓理论将表征热舒适水平的有效温度解耦成为潜热与显热两个变量,通过模糊控制理论将两个变量模糊化后,给出了基于最小热焓估计(least enthalpy estimation,LEE)的模糊热舒适水平控制算法的DLC决策,分析不同关断时长对用户热舒适水平和对反弹负荷的削减的影响。最后,通过仿真验证所提方法能够有效削减反弹负荷,保持80%以上用户热舒适水平,并实现了25%-35%的节能效果。In this paper, the control strategy of central air conditioning load is studied by considering the thermal comfort level of consumers and payback load effect under the background of the energy internet. The influencing factors of the thermal comfort level of consumer for central air con- ditioning load and payback load effect are analyzed. The en- thalpy theory is used to decouple the effective temperature into latent heat and sensible heat variables which stand for the thermal comfort level of consumers. Both variables are fuzzed by fuzzy control theory, and then the DLC strategy for control algorithm of fuzzy thermal comfort level is pro- posed based on least enthalpy estimation. The thermal comfort level of consumers and payback load effect curtailment are affected by different turn off duration. In the end, the simulation result shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the payback load, maintain more than 80% thermal comfort level, and achieve 25% -35% energy saving effect.
