摘　　要：本文讨论了电子商务快速发展下电子合同信息化管理系统的现状和标准化需求,提出了电子合同信息化管理系统的建设原则,并重点讨论了业务处理、合同管理,以及系统维护功能设计的思路和内容。This paper discusses the present situation and the demand of standardization of information management system of electronic contract in the context of rapid growth of e-commerce, proposes the principles of construction of the information management system of electronic contract, and focuses on the function design of thinking and contents of business processing, contract management and system maintenance.
