摘　　要：[目的]了解乌鲁木齐市社区卫生服务人员对肿瘤防治知识的掌握程度,为在城市中开展癌症早诊早治工作提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对参加2014年度城市癌症早诊早治项目的 4个区10个卫生服务中心的185名卫生服务人员进行肿瘤防治知识调查。[结果]社区卫生服务人员肿瘤防治知识得分20-90分,平均分62.86±16.97分。临床医生中学历越高对肿瘤防治知识的掌握程度越好,护士中级高于初级,临聘人员得分最低。[结论]乌鲁木齐市社区卫生服务人员对肿瘤防治知识的掌握程度普遍较低,尤其是低学历、低职称和临聘人员,急需加强培训、建立稳定的人才梯队,以满足肿瘤防治工作需求。[Purpose] To survey the knowledge about cancer prevention and control among community health service personnel in Urumqi,so as to provide the basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer in the city. [Methods] A questionnaire survey on the knowledge about cancer prevention and control was conducted,among 185 health service personnel from 10 community health service centers who panticipated in the work of cancer early diagnosis and treatment program in 2014. [Results] The average score of the knowledge about cancer prevention and control among community health service personnel was 62.86±16.97 points（20-90 points）. The clinicians with higher education had higher scores and better mastery of the knowledge about cancer prevention and control. The senior nurses had higher scores than junior ones. Temporary workers had the lowest scores. [Conclusion] The mastery of the knowledge about cancer prevention and control is low among community health service personnel in Urumqi,especially among temporary workers. Training and the establishment of a stable talent echelon are needed urgently to meet the demand of cancer prevention and control.
