摘　　要：随着高校综合改革工作的全面开展,选择何种路径成为现阶段高校改革面临的核心问题,更是关系到改革能否有所成效的关键问题。作为改革的主体,在改革过程中高校应回归到学术本位,紧紧围绕提高人才培养质量这一根本任务,采取上下结合的改革方式,不断加快改革文化的生成,从方向、目标、方式和保障等四个维度搭建一条综合改革的康庄大道。With the university comprehensive reforms unfolded in all aspects,which path to choose has become the core issue and is critical to the effectiveness of the reforms.As the subject of the reforms,universities should recover their academic nature,focusing on their fundamental mission of improving personnel training quality.Both top-down and bottom-up ways should be employed to accelerate the construction of reform atmosphere and to build up a broad way of reform in the four dimensions of direction,target,mode and guarantee.
