前牙根尖周囊肿根管治疗72例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨72例前牙根尖周囊肿根管治疗的疗效以及并发症。方法选择2010年3月—2012年3月在平顶山市第一人民医院确诊的前牙根尖周囊肿的患者72例,进行根管治疗后,随机分为根尖切除法和糊剂填充法,比较两种治疗方案的疗效以及并发症。结果 A、B组患者的治疗的有效率分别为61.1%、89、9%,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。B组的复发率为13.9%,显著低于A组(P<0.05),并且B组的术后的总并发症发生率为25.0%,明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论非手术根管治疗法联合糊剂填充治疗前牙根尖周囊肿的疗效确切,并发症和复发率均较小,临床应用价值高。Objective To investigate the curative effects and complications of root canal treatment on 72 cases of periapical cyst. Methods Totally 72 patients were selected from March 2010 to March 2012 diagnosed as anterior periapical cyst in our hospital,given root canal treatment,then randomly divided into apical resection group and paste filling group,compared the effect of two kinds of treatment and complications. Results The effective rate of treatment in group A and group B was respectively 61. 1% and 89,9%,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of group B was 13. 9%,significantly lower than that of group A（ P〈0. 05）,and the total incidence rate of postoperative complications in group B was 25%,significantly lower than that in A group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of non-operation treatment method combined with paste filling root canal treatment of periapical cyst canal is definite,and the complications and recurrence rate is lower,with high valuable in clinical application.
