摘　　要：随着通信技术的发展和移动智能终端设备的普及,移动学习已经成为学习者乐于接受的新型学习方式,因此加强移动学习资源建设,特别是加强基于手机客户端APP的学习资源开发与应用研究,成为教学资源建设的重要任务之一。对建设手机客户端APP学习资源的重要性、内容选择、开发工具、开发原则进行了阐述。结合开放教育网考课程《计算机应用基础》APP学习资源的建设实践,对APP学习资源开发流程及应用推广方法进行了探究。with the rapid development of communication technology and the popularity of mobile intelligent terminal equip ment, mobile learning has become a modern learners are willing to accept the new study way, thus to strengthen the con- struction of mobile learning resources, in particular to strengthen the development of learning resources based on mobile phone client APP and application research becomes one of the important tasks of teaching resources construction. The im- portance of learning resources for the construction of mobile client APP, content selection, development tools, elaborates the development principles, combined with the open education network exam course ＂ computer application foundation＂ APP building practice of learning resources, learning resources for APP development process and application of extension method, the hope can give open education provide some references for the construction of mobile learning resources.
