探讨氯吡格雷联合拜阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氯吡格雷联合拜阿司匹林在急性脑梗死治疗中的效果。方法以我院收治的40例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将40例患者均分为观察组和对照组;对照组行拜阿司匹林,观察组使用氯吡格雷联合拜阿司匹林治疗。结果经治疗,观察组治疗有效率和神经功能缺损评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将氯吡格雷联合拜阿司匹林作用于急性脑梗死治疗中,能够有效提高治疗效果。Objective To explore curative effect of clopidogrel in combination with aspirin In treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital as the research object,40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group used aspirin,observation group in combination of clopidogreland aspirin for therapy. Results After treatment,the observation group on the treatment efficient and neural function defect scale were better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel in combination with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can effectively increase the therapeutic effect.
