摘　　要：目的通过实验分析患有重症肌无力的患者有效的临床治疗方案,并观察记录临床效果。方法收集在我院进行治疗的重症肌无力患者100例作为研究对象,分成研究组和对照组,研究组患者实施实施益气祛湿的中药治疗方案,对照组患者使用新斯的明进行对比治疗,治疗完成后对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组患者。结论重症肌无力的临床表现多变,病情较复杂。对重症肌无力的患者实施益气祛湿可以提高患者的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of patients with myasthenia gravis through experimental analysis and observe the clinical effect of records. Methods Collected myasthenia gravis in 100 patients as the research object in our hospital,divided into study group and control group,compared treatment effect. The research group was treated with Chinese medicine treatment scheme of Yiqi Qushi. Patients in the control group were treated with neostigmine. After treatment, compared the two groups of patients with treatment effect. Results The study group patients of effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group patients. Conclusion Myasthenia gravis has more complex condition.In myasthenia gravis patients using Yiqi Qushi can improve patient＇s therapeutic effect.
