浙江中小企业外部融资环境与融资效率分析

摘　　要：外部融资环境是影响企业融资的重要因素。文章对浙江省几个典型地区的300多家企业进行实地调研,用描述性统计分析及回归分析,研究经济转型期企业外部融资环境对企业融资可得性及融资效率的影响。建议政府从税费减免、融资利率优惠、资金援助方面给予中小企业支持,从制度上促使"民间金融"阳光化;实行金融体系重构,健全金融市场机制;相关部门应该加大担保方式创新力度,实现担保方式多元化;强化信用信息搜集、管理和运用,完善信用体系建设。External financing environment is an important factor affecting corporate finance. This paper conducts a field research of over 300 enterprises in several typical areas in Zhejiang, and uses descriptive statistical and regression analysis to provide an in-depth analysis of the impact of eeonomic transition, corporate external financing environment on corporate finance availability and financing efficiency. It recommends government to provide tax breaks, favorable financing interest rates, financial aid to support SME, and institutionally to promote the openness of ＂private finance＂. It needs to implement financial system reconstruction, improve financial market mechanisms, increase innovation efforts for guarantee mode to achieve its diversification, and strengthen the collection, management and use of credit information to improve the credit system.
