摘　　要：明治维新后,日本学习西学卓有成效。甲午战后,中日文化传播路径转为日本向中国的逆输入。清末伦理新课程设置、新教材编写和中国近代伦理学核心术语生成都受到日本的重要影响,但不容忽视的是,中国学人亦参与其中表达了自身认识和选择,使清末伦理新教育具有中国特色。而新式伦理课程开设、新式伦理教材使用和中国近代伦理学核心术语群的形成,标志着中国近代伦理新学科在清末的萌生,这一新学科的生成就是中西日文化交互作用的结果。After the Meiji Restoration, Japan studies Western culture very fruitfully. After the Sino Japanese War, the communication path of Chinese culture and Japanese culture reverses the Japanese to China＇s reverse input. New ethics curriculum in the late Qing Dynasty, new ethics textbook compilation in the late Qing Dynasty and the generation of core terms of ethics in modern China are affected by the major impact of Japan. But it can not be ignored that Chinese scholars are also involved in the expression of their own understanding and choice. In this way, the new ethics education in the late Qing Dynasty has Chinese characteristics. The new ethics courses, the use of new ethics teaching materials and the formation of the core term group of Chinese modern ethics mark the initiation of the new subject of Chinese modern ethics in the late Qing Dynasty. The formation of this new subject is the result of the interaction among Chinese culture, Western culture and Japanese culture.
