摘　　要：农民工是城市中的一个特殊群体。他们在城市社会经济发展中扮演着非常重要的角色 ,但由于种种原因而被迫附着在城市社会的边缘 ,得不到相应的权利。本文首先对我国一些城市颁布的“职业保留法规”提出了质疑 ,进而提出了建立平等竞争权的途径 。The Urban rural labor is an especial colony in cities. They played an important role in social and economic development of the cities. As a result of the problems of policy, system and administration,they were attached to the verge of the urban community, and did not gain the corresponding right. The thesis raises a query on the laws and regulations of the profession reservation, and puts forward the approach to establish the equal rights of competition, analyses the problems that would be brought out.
