上唇横纹肌肉瘤1例及文献复习

摘　　要：报道近期收治的上唇横纹肌肉瘤1例,并结合复习国内外的相关文献,分析横纹肌肉瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗。横纹肌肉瘤是一种高度恶性软组织肿瘤,临床表现多样,缺乏特征性,诊断较为困难,主要依靠病理检查,目前主要采用手术辅以放化疗的综合治疗。临床中需要提高对横纹肌肉瘤的认识和警惕性,早期诊断,制定个体化综合治疗方案,有效改善患者预后、提高生存率。Rhabdomyosarcoma（RMS） is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor in children. RMS can develop in almost any part of the body, the most common locations for these tumors to develop are in the structures of the head and neck（ nearly40% of the cases）. Herein we report the rare case of a 19-year-old boy who was diagnosed by pathology and immunohistochemistry with RMS in the upper lip, and got a complete remission after ablative surgery, chemotherapy, and plastic reconstruction in 6-month follow up period.
