摘　　要：针对医院门诊存在的患者一般信息、病史、病情、检查结果的泄露,患者身体,特别是隐私部位暴露等患者隐私侵权现象进行分析,认为医务人员法律观念淡薄、违背医学伦理、违反职业道德、忽视规章制度与操作规程、门诊管理不到位是主要原因。应加强医务人员法律意识和职业道德观念,强化门诊建设及管理。Patients＇ general information,history,condition,examination results leakage and private body parts exposure become popular.According to the analysis,medical staff＇s weak legal concept,violation of medical ethics,violation of professional ethics,neglect of the rules and regulations and operation rules,outpatient management not in place are the main reasons. Some measures should be taken to solve the problem：improving medical personnel＇s legal consciousness,fulfilling professional norms,strengthening guidance and cooperation,strengthening management of outpatient service.
