阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月诊治的缺血性脑血管病患者103例,随机分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=52)。2组均给予抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿司匹林100 mg联合阿托伐他汀20 mg口服治疗,疗程12个月。比较2组临床疗效、症状消失时间、总治疗时间、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度比、纤维蛋白原、血沉)、脑血管储备能力、屏气指数、不良反应、复发情况及SF-36生活质量评分。结果对照组和观察组总有效率分别为62.75%、90.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组症状消失时间、总治疗时间明显缩短,TC、TG、LDL-C、血浆黏度比、纤维蛋白原、血沉及复发率明显降低,HDL-C、脑血管储备能力、屏气指数及SF-36生活质量评分明显提高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效良好,能够明显改善患者血脂、血液流变学及脑血管储备能力,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of bayaspirin combined with atorvastatin on ischemic cerebral vascular diseases.Methods A total of 103 patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group（ n = 51） and observation group（ n = 52）.The patients in both groups were treated by routine therapy including antiplatelet aggregation,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of routine therapy,were given orally bayaspirin 100 mg combined with atorvastatin 20 mg,with a treatment course of 12 months for both groups.After treatment,the therapeutic effects,the time of symptom disappearance,overall treatment time,blood lipids including TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C,hemorheology indexes including plasma viscosity ratio,fibrinogen and blood sedimentation,cerebral vascular storing ability,breath-holding index,adverse reactions,relapse rate and SF-36 life quality scores were detected and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rates in control group and observation group were 62.75% and 90.38%,respectively,there were significant differences between two groups（ P〈0.05）.As compared with those in control group,the time of symptom disappearance and overall treatment time in observation group were significantly shortened,and the serum levels TC,TG and LDL-C,plasma viscosity ratio,fibrinogen,blood sedimentation,relapse rate were significantly decreased,however,HDL-C levels,cerebral vascular storing ability,breath-holding index,adverse reactions and SF-36 life quality scores were significantly increased,as compared with those in control group（ P〈0.05）.Besides there were no significant differences in adverse reactions between two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bayaspirin combined with atorvastatin has better therapeutic effects on ischemic cerebral vascular diseases,which can obviously improve blood lipid levels,hemorheology indexes and cerebral vascular storing ability of
