摘  要:在医用有机化学教学中实践了以临床“案例”为载体,“问题”为导向,“讨论报告”为依托,CBL、PBL与研讨会(Seminar)相结合的三维教学模式。实现了从CBL到PBL的承接,再到Seminar的提升。采用教改班与平行班对照,通过问卷调查和教学质量评估充分体现差异。结果显示:教改班的教学效果明显优于平行班,2届教改班学生的考试成绩平均分高达88.9;新教学法能够充分调动学生学习兴趣,培养创新思维模式,增强团队合作意识,为培养临床专业“拓展型”人才奠定坚实基础。This paper proposed PBL-CBL-Seminar three-dimensional teaching mode of medical organic chemistry, in which clinical cases as the carrier, problems as orientation and discussion papers as medium. This teaching mode realized the transition from CBL to PBL, then to seminar. Moreover, the differences of the teachingreform class and the control class could be obviously reflected by questionnaire and teaching quality evaluation. The test results showed that the average score of the students in teachingreform class was as high as 88. 9, having good teaching effect, and the novel teaching method could inspire the students learning interests, cultivate their innovative thinking mode, enhance the consciousness of teamwork, and establish a stable foundation for cultivating extended type talents in clinical medicine.
