摘 要:通过对哈大线TJ-Ⅱ标和TJ-Ⅲ标路基段及桥梁段CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道温度梯度及变形的观测,获得严寒地区CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道温度场。通过对该区段轨道板翘曲变形的调研发现砂浆充填层灌注质量的关键在于时机选择,圆曲线地段曲线外侧灌注质量尤为重要。采用有限元方法建立CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道模型,通过改变板厚及温差条件,对比分析了轨道板的翘曲规律。分析结果表明:随着温差的增大,翘曲值呈线性增大;相同温差作用下,轨道板厚度越大,翘曲值的增长速率越大。Through the observation of temperature gradient and deformation of CRTS Ⅰ slab-type ballastless track structure between TJ-Ⅱ and TJ-Ⅲ subgrade section and bridge section in Harbin-Dalian line,the temperature field of CRTS Ⅰ slab-type ballastless track in severe cold area was obtained.Based on the investigation of track slab warping deformation in these sections,the key of mortar filling layer perfusion quality is the timing and lateral perfusion quality for circular curve section is especially important.CRTS Ⅰ slab-type ballastless track model was established by FEM method and the warping law of track slab was analyzed by changing the slab thickness and the temperature difference.The results show that warping value increases linearly with the increase of temperature difference,and the growth rate of warping value increases with the track slab thickness increasing under the same temperature difference.
