摘  要:为满足开行30 t轴重重载列车要求,朔黄铁路高窝中桥既有低高度钢筋混凝土梁须换为新型变高度钢-混凝土结合梁,换梁施工面临场内作业面积小,人员、机具众多等不利条件。本文阐述了换梁施工方案、技术要求和应急预案。通过严格执行施工计划,在5 h封锁时间内顺利完成了2孔梁的换梁施工,缩短了施工时间,减少了对运营的干扰,同时确保了换梁施工作业安全。To meet the requirements of heavy haul train of 30 t axle load,it need to replace the low height reinforced concrete girder with a new type variable height steel-concrete composite girder of Gaozhuang-Wohua medium-sized bridge on Shuozhuo-Huanghuagang railway.In the construction site,it exists the complex working conditions,such as small on-site working area,too many workers and equipments.The article expounds the girder replacement construction technical proposal,technical requirements and emergency plan.Through the strict implementation of the plan,2 spans were replaced successfully in 5 h blocking,it reduced girder replacement construction period and minimized the interference to railway operation,at the same time ensured the girder replacement construction safety.
