摘  要:利用Deform-3D软件对凹球面成形的回弹过程进行数值模拟,分析回弹的规律。研究了摩擦系数、模具间隙对凹球面回弹的影响。结果表明:在凹球面中部回弹量最大;回弹量随摩擦系数的增大而减少,随模具间隙增大而增大。回弹后凹球面实测值与模拟值相比,两者最大误差为0.8 mm。结果能为后续回弹补偿提供参考。The springback process of concave spherical forming was numerically simulated by using Deform-3D software. The rule of springback was analyzed. Effects of friction coefficient and die clearance on the springback of concave spherical surface were studied. The results show that springback in the middle of the concave spherical surface is the maximum; springback decreases with the increase of coefficient of friction, while increases with the increase of die clearance.Compared the measured value of the concave spherical surface with the simulated value,the maximum error is 0.8 mm. The results can provide reference for the following springback compensation.
