摘  要:为减少旋转电弧角焊缝缺陷,提高工件焊接质量,采用基于minitab的田口方法设计焊接正交试验方案,以数理统计原理分析各焊接工艺参数对角焊缝质量影响程度及其交互作用,为后续焊接工艺和熔池研究提供优化工艺参数。优化结果:焊接电压24 V、焊接电流150 A、焊接速度30 cm/min、电弧旋转频率16.5 Hz、干伸长10 mm、气体流量15 L/min为最佳参数组合,且在各个焊接参数中干伸长对焊缝成形质量的影响最显著。利用优化后的工艺参数进行试验,可获得质量良好的角焊缝,满足工件使用要求。结果表明,该方法可为合理选择焊接工艺参数和保证焊接质量提供参考依据。To reduce the defect of rotating arc fillet welding and improve the welding quality of workpiece. Taguchi method based on minitab software was used to design orthogonal experiment scheme. Influence degree and the interaction of welding parameters on the fillet welding quality of workpiece were analysed with mathematical statistics theory,which provided optimized welding parameters for the research of welding process and molten pool. The results of parameter optimization are that welding voltage is 24 V, welding current is 150 A, welding speed is 30 cm/min, rotation frequency is16.5Hz, stem elongation is 10 mm and gas flow is 15 L/min; and influence of stem elongation on welding quality of workpiece is the most significant among all welding parameters. When selecting the above optimized welding parameters, fair quality of fillet welding can be obtained and requirement of workpiece can be met. The results show that the method can provide a reasonable reference for welding parameters and welding quality assurance.
