摘　　要：从体制机制改革的视角探讨华侨华人与中国和平发展协同创新中心的建设问题,认为科学合理的体制机制是实现中心创新目标的基本保障和关键因素;并重点从领导体制、人事制度、人才培养、科研管理等方面探讨中心体制机制改革的路径,希望有助于提升人文社科类协同中心的建设水平。This paper adopts the analytical perspective of innovative institutions to explore issues of developing the Collabo- rative Innovation Center for Overseas Chinese and Chinese Peaceful Development. It argues that scientific management is the key to realize the targets of coordinated research centers. In particular, it discusses the relevant approaches in fields of leadership, personnel, education, and research, with a hope to facilitate the development of the Liberal Arts Collaborative Innovation Center.
