中西医结合治疗中老年伯基特淋巴瘤方案探讨

摘　　要：伯基特淋巴瘤是一种高度侵袭性的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,具有独特的临床和形态学特征,发展快,病程短,恶性度高,预后差。伯基特淋巴瘤国内并不常见,缺乏系统报道,而且绝大部分病例为儿童病例。R-EPOCH方案及甲氨蝶呤+阿糖胞苷+地塞米松鞘内注药,对于伯基特淋巴瘤临床疗效好,治疗时间短,化疗后以附子汤为基础对患者予中药辨证施治能有效缓解化疗后不良反应,提高患者对化疗的依从性。Burkitt Lymphoma is a kind of highly invasive Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma,and it has unique clinical and morphological feature,with rapid progress,short disease course,high malignancy and poor prognosis. Burkitt Lymphoma is rare in China,so there is not much systematic reports about it. Besides,most cases are children cases. Burkitt Lymphoma regimen and intrathecal injection of Methotrexate,Cytarabine and Dexamethasone,which has short treatment course,and had good curative effect on treating Burkitt Lymphoma. After chemotherapy,differential treatment with herbal medicines and Fuzi decoction as the basis can effectively relieve the adverse reaction,and improve patients＇ acceptance of chemotherapy.
