公安机关警察职业压力源量表的编制

摘　　要：目的：编制公安机关警察职业压力源量表并检验其效度和信度。方法：在进行理论构想、文献检索、半结构访谈的基础上形成初始条目,选取公安机关警察257人初测并形成正式量表。选取警察237人正式施测,检验量表的结构效度及内部一致性信度,以症状自评量表（SCL-90）为效标检验效标效度。结果：量表包括22个条目,分为社会环境、职业风险、组织领导和职业特点4个因子,共解释了65.80%的方差变异;验证性因子分析结果表明模型拟合较好（χ^2=284.89,df=196,χ^2/df=1.45,CFI=0.96,TLI=0.95,RM SEA=0.04）;量表总分及各维度得分均与SCL-90得分呈正相关（r=0.33-0.48,均P〈0.01）。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.89,各维度的α系数在0.81-0.85。结论：本研究编制的公安机关警察职业压力源量表的各项测量学指标良好,可用于评估我国公安机关警察的职业压力源。Objective： To develop the Occupational Stressors Scale in Policeman of Public Security Organizations（ OSSPPSO） and test its validity and reliability. Methods： According to a theory construction,a literature study and semi-structured interviews with 10 policemen,the scale of 42 items was initially formed. Totally 257 policemen were recruited to complete the test version. After item and exploratory factor analysis, the formal scale was got. Totally 237 policemen were tested with formal version for further confirmatory factor analysis,internal consistency reliability. The criterion validity was tested with the Symptom Checklist 90（ SCL-90）. Results： The formal version of OSSPPSO included 22 items. Exploratory factor analysis generated 4 factors which accounted for65. 80% of the variance in all,the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that OSSPPSO had a good construct validity（ χ^2= 284. 89, df = 196, χ^2/ df = 1. 45, CFI = 0. 96, TLI = 0. 95, RMSEA = 0. 04）. The OSSPPSO scores were positively correlated with the SCL-90 scores（ r = 0. 33- 0. 48,Ps〈0. 01）. The Cronbach coefficients were 0. 89 for the total questionnaire and 0. 81- 0. 85 for the 4 factors. Conclusion： The validity and reliability of the Occupational Stressors Scale in Policeman of Public Security Organizations（ OSSPPSO） has acceptable psycho-metric quality,which could be used to evaluate the policemen＇ occupational stressors.
