不同地域初级中学体育教师文化现状的诊断研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：体育教师文化作为学校体育文化的亚文化,上承学校体育文化主流意志,下接班级文化、学生文化,是学校体育文化中的主体性要素。为了探究山东省不同地域初级中学体育教师文化的现状,采用文献资料、特尔斐、问卷调查、数理统计等方法构建了初级中学体育教师文化指标体系,对山东省不同地域的初级中学体育教师文化现状进行了诊断。研究表明:1)东、西部地区体育教师文化的总体现状得分偏低,并且东、西部地区体育教师文化总体现状发展并不均衡,东部地区体育教师文化现状要好于西部地区体育教师;2)东、西部地区体育教师文化外在物质层诊断等级均为低等,东部地区体育教师文化外在物质层要好于西部地区体育教师;3)东、西部地区体育教师文化中间支持层诊断等级均为中等,西部地区体育教师文化中间支持层与东部地区体育教师相比较略显单薄;4)东、西部地区体育教师文化核心价值层诊断等级均为中等,但是东部地区体育教师文化中间支持层的厚重度要高于西部地区体育教师。P. E teacher＇s culture as subculture of school sports culture, is a connecting link between the preceding mainstream school culture will and the following class culture, student culture, and is the subjectivity factor of school sports culture. To explore junior high school P. E. teachers＇culture status in different regions in Shandong Province, the methods of data mining, Delphi, questionnaire, mathematical statistics were used to construct the cuhture index system and then a diagnosis was made on the teachers in different regions of Shandong province. Result are as follows ： 1 ） The overall scoring of P. E. teachers culture status in both regions is low and has unbalanced characteristics, P. E teacher culture in the eastern region being better than that in the west; 2 ） the diagnostics level of external physical layer in both regions is low, and the level of eastern regions is better than that of the western; 3） the diagnostics level of intermediate support layer in both regions is of medium grade, and that of west region is a little bit thin in comparison with the east; 4） the diagnostics level of culture core value layer in both regions is of medium grade, but the thickness of intermediate support layer in the east is higher than that in the west.
