摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的高校利用旧校区土地置换的方式来解决新校区建设中的土地、资金等问题。土地置换实质上是物物交换,置换过程中各方的博弈成为置换成功与否的关键。分析各利益相关者间的关系及其冲突类型,引入博弈论并采用定量的方式探讨在土地置换过程中各利益相关方的冲突与博弈过程,以博弈矩阵、博弈决策图等方式来解析各方的博弈,最后提出从法律、监管、协调合作等方面构建并完善土地置换体系,为土地置换各利益相关者实现自身利益、达到整体利益最大化提供解决方案。Over the recent years, an increasing number of colleges and universities have strived to solve the problems in land acquisition and capital in the new campus construction through land replacement on old campuses. As land replacement is virtually a barter exchange, the game between all the parties becomes the key for success of replacement. By analyzing the types of relationship and conflicts between the stakeholders, Game Theory is introduced and quantitative method is adopted to discuss the process of the conflicts and game between different stakeholders in land replacement, and finally a suggestion is proposed that a land replacement system be constructed and improved in terms of law, regulation and coordinate cooperation which provides stakeholders with solutions to realization and maximization of their own interests and overall benefits.
