摘 要:目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像ADC值在乳腺恶性肿瘤不同区域的差异性。方法DWI-MRI采用单次激发平面回波成像(EPI)技术,扩散敏感系数(b值)为800 s/mm^2,计算手术病理证实的39例恶性病灶不同区域的ADC值,比较瘤中心、瘤边缘及瘤周围之间ADC值差异的统计学意义。结果三组之间整体ADC值比较,F=36.664,P<0.001,有非常显著性差异;但是两两比较,中心与边缘之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);其他两组之间均有显著差异P<0.05),ADC图显示瘤中心信号强度略高于瘤边缘,呈环形改变。结论 ADC图显示瘤中心信号强度略高于瘤边缘,呈环形改变,对恶性病变的诊断有一定价值。Objective To study the magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging differences in different areas of the ADC values in the breast malignant tumor. Methods DWI-MRI can adopt single excitation plane echo imaging(EPI), diffusion sensitive coefficient(b value) of 800 s/was calculated surgical pathology confirmed ADC values in different areas of the 39 cases of malignant lesions, comparison between tumor center, around the tumor edge and tumor ADC values difference is statistically significant. Results The overall ADC value comparison between three groups, F =36.664, P〈0.001, there is significant difference; But comparing the two, there was no significant difference between center and edge(P〈0.05). Between the other two groups had significant difference(P〈0.05), the ADC maps show tumor center signal strength slightly higher than the tumor edge, the circular change. Conclusion ADC maps show tumor center signal strength slightly higher than the tumor edge, the circular change, has certain value to the diagnosis of malignant lesions.
