摘　　要：从高职院校实施董事会管理的意义着手,分析了高职院校董事会制度存在的问题,结合高职院校建设发展的实际情况,探讨了董事会制度视角下高职教育体制创新的思路。Starting from the significance of implementing the management of the board of directors in Higher Vocational Colleges, analyzes the problems existing in the board of directors system in vocational colleges,combining with the actual situation of construction and development in vocational colleges, this paper discusses the design proposal of the board of directors system of vocational colleges.
