摘　　要：目的:总结诊断早期胃癌的X线征象。方法:对2006年1月—2012年12月普查发现的26例早期胃癌的X线征象进行总结。结果:X线早期胃癌检出率为80.77%。X线表现为限局性胃壁伸展不良,浅凹陷面和黏膜纠集、增粗,部分黏膜皱襞轻微改变。结论:X线诊断早期胃癌,可显示病变的部位、大小、数目及并发症;临床应用胃镜和病理学相互结合,可提高早期胃癌的检出率。Objective： The X- ray signs of early diagnosis of gastric cancer were summarized. Methods： X- ray signs of 26 cases with early gastric cancer were summarized from January 2006 to December 2012. Results： X- ray early gastric cancer detection rate was 80. 77%. X- ray manifestations in the limit of inning after sex stomach bad,goons,enlargement of shallow concave surface and mucous membrane,part of the mucosal fold change slightly. Conclusion： X- ray diagnosis of early gastric cancer can display lesions of location,size,number and complications. Clinical with gastroscope and pathology in combination with each other,and improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer.
