缓解期精神病患者社会支持状况与主观幸福感调查

摘　　要：目的了解住院缓解期精神病患者社会支持状况与总体幸福感和自我效能的相关性。方法选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月住院治疗的缓解期精神病患者采取便利抽样法进行调查,项目包括自制一般资料调查问卷、总体幸福感量表、自我效能量表和社会支持量表,对调查结果与全国常模进行对比分析。结果 1住院缓解期精神病患者的社会支持总分以及各维度得分均显著低于一般人群和双相情感障碍患者（均P〈0.01）。2缓解期住院精神分裂症患者社会支持状况影响因素分别为婚姻、住院次数、性别、年龄、肇事肇祸与否及是否工作;双相情感障碍患者社会支持状况影响因素为婚姻、肇事肇祸与否。3缓解期住院精神分裂症患者的主观幸福感处于较低水平,主观幸福感与社会支持及自我效能呈正相关（P〈0.01）。结论缓解期住院精神病患者是社会支持的弱势群体,其中精神分裂症较双相情感障碍患者获得更少的社会支持。主观幸福感同社会支持、自我效能呈正相关,提高患者社会支持及自我效能,可增强患者的主观幸福感。Objective To explore the influence of social support and subjective well-being to the remission hospitalized psychiatric patients.Methods 202 hospitalized remission psychiatric patients were investigated with general date questionnaire,general Well-Being Schedule,self-efficacy scale and social support scale.The results of investigation were compared with normal mode.Results The total scores of social support scale of psychiatric patients were significantly lower than that of the normal mode.The total scores of social support scale and the objective support factor score,subjective support factor score and social support utilization degree factor score of schizophrenia patients were significantly lower than that of the emotional disorders（P〈0.01）.The relationship between social support and subjective well-being of patients were positively correlated（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Psychiatric patients and normal people are significantly different in the social support.The emotional disorders accept poor social support compared with schizophrenia patients.The social support has a significant effect on subjective well-being,acceptes the more social support,subjective well-being in patients with stronger.
