低频脉冲电刺激对急性脑卒中足下垂的防治作用

摘　　要：目的探讨低频脉冲电刺激对急性脑卒中患者足下垂的防治作用。方法 104例急性脑卒中患者被随机分为低频脉冲电刺激组65例和对照组39例。对照组给予神经内科常规药物、针灸及现代康复治疗,低频组在此基础上联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗,两组观察时间均为21天。采用下肢简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、踝关节背屈肌群徒手肌力功能评分(MMT)、偏瘫患者步行能力分级、Barthel指数评分(BI)及踝关节背屈主动关节活动度(ROM)评定两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的足下垂症状均有改善,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间对比,低频组改善尤为显著(P<0.05)。结论神经内科常规药物、针灸及现代康复治疗联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗对急性脑卒中患者足下垂的防治有显著的临床疗效。Objective To prevent and treat the patient of foot drop of acute cerebral stroke with low frequency pulse electric stimulation.Methods 104 Patients with acute cerebral stroke were randomly divided into LFES group（n=65）and control group（n=39）.All Patients were treated with routine drugs and acupuncture,patients in LFES group received additional LFES for 21 d.The recoveries of neurological function were evaluated with the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment（FMA）,Manual muscle test（MMT）,the walking ability in the hemiplegic patient with acute cerebral stroke and Barthel Index（BI）,Activity degree of dorsal flexion of the ankle joint（ROM）.Results The foot drop in both groups were improved after 21 days of treatment.There were statistical significant different in the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,and more statistically significant between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acupuncture and rehabilitation may prevent and promote the recovery of foot drop of patients with acute cerebral stroke.
