高血压脑出血患者手术治疗后的整体护理效果

摘　　要：目的观察高血压脑出血（HCH）患者手术治疗后的整体护理效果。方法选择2015年2月-2016年1月接受手术治疗的HCH患者142例进行研究。依据数字表法将患者随机分成观察组及对照组各71例,对两组患者均应用微创穿刺引流术治疗,术后对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用整体护理,对比两组护理后日常生活能力（ADL）分级、并发症和后遗症情况,以及护理认可情况。结果观察组实施整体护理后ADL分级较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;并发症总发生率为5.63%,低于对照组的16.90%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;后遗症总发生率为4.23%,低于对照组的19.72%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者对护理的认可度为97.18%,高于对照组的85.92%,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对HCH患者术后进行整体护理,能明显优化患者的ADL分级,降低患者的术后并发症和后遗症,提升护理认可度,效果较好,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of whole nursing care on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after operation.Methods 142 patients with HCH received surgical treatment from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected.According to the digital method,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The two groups of patients were treated with minimally invasive puncture and drainage.After operation,the control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received whole nursing care.The daily living ability（ADL）classification,complications and sequelae,and nursing accreditation were observed.Results The ADL classification of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of complications in the observation group（5.63%）was lower than that of the control group（16.90%）（P〈0.05）.The total incidence rate of the observation group（4.23%）was lower than that of the control group（19.72%）（P〈0.05）.The recognition degree of the observation group（97.18%）was higher than that of the control group（85.92%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall care for patients with HCH after surgery can significantly optimize the patient′s ADL grading,reduce postoperative complications and sequelae and enhance the degree of nursing approval.
