摘 要:黄石月亮山隧道是典型的城市浅埋大跨度隧道。为了控制隧道开挖中的爆破震动效应,减少下穿隧道对居民区、房屋建筑结构的影响,在隧道掏槽爆破过程中,采取电子雷管逐孔孔间微差起爆技术进行爆破作业。考虑到微差时间对爆破震动和爆破效果的影响,分别选取5 ms、6 ms、7 ms、8 ms和10 ms逐孔微差时间进行试验,得出不同孔间微差时间下爆破效果,进而优选方案。结合震速、震动频率和爆破效果的优选结果表明:选取孔间微差时间为7 ms时,测点最大震动速度小于1.5 cm/s,控制在震动安全标准之内;最低震动频率高于30 Hz,与房屋结构发生共振几率较小;且岩石破碎效果较好。Yellowstone Moon Mountain Tunnel is a typical shallow urban tunnel with large span. In order to control the blasting vibration effect in the tunnel blasting process,and to reduce the impact of blasting on resident and building structure,the millisecond blasting method by using electronic detonators was performed. Considering the impact of time delay on the blasting vibration and effects,the different time delay tests in holes were carried on with 5ms,6 ms,7 ms,8 ms and 10 ms. Based on the blasting results and vibration data,the optimized time delay was obtained,where the shock speed,vibration frequency and blasting effect were taken into consideration. When the time delay was designed as 7 ms,the maximum vibration speed was less than 1. 5 cm / s,which was in the control of safety standards. The vibration frequency was higher than 30 Hz and made no resonance hazard on building structures.Meanwhile,the rock fragmentation also got improved.
