摘　　要：远程查房作为远程医疗的重要组成部分对于提高基层医疗卫生机构的医疗水平和质量具有重要的意义。本文以某高校医院(社区卫生服务中心)为例,对远程查房的业务流程、系统架构、系统功能和软硬件配置等进行了分析和设计,并对远程查房系统的应用效果进行了介绍。Remote operation as an important part of telemedicine has a vital signifi cance in improving the level and quality of grassroots medical institutions.The article takes community health service center（based on a university） as an example to analyze and design the business process,system architecture,system function,system software and hardware confi guration of the remote operation.Also the application effect of the remote operation system is introduced in this essay.
