保乳术治疗乳腺癌患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳腺癌患者应用保乳术进行治疗的临床效果,分析其应用价值。方法选取本院2010年12月以后收治的83例乳腺癌患者,根据治疗方法分为试验组(40例)与对照组(43例)。试验组采用保乳手术治疗,对照组采用改良根治术治疗,比较两组手术相关情况,术后并发症发生率,复发率,转移率,3年及5年存活率,并对比两组患者术后美观方面的效果。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率,3年及5年存活率、复发率、转移率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后美观方面的效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保乳术治疗乳腺癌患者住院时间较短、恢复较快,对患者机体损伤较小,在保障患者获得较好疗效的同时,满足其对于外观方面的需求,值得临床实施。Objective To research clinical effect of breast conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer, and to analyze its application value. Methods A total of 83 patients with breast cancer in our hospital after December 2010 was chosen and divided by different treatment measures into experimental group with 40 cases and control group with 43 cases. The experimental group received breast conserving surgery for treatment, and the control group received modified radical resection for treatment. Operation related condition, incidence of postoperative complications, recurrence rate, metastasis rate, 3-year and 5-year survival rate were compared between the two groups, along with their effects in appearance and beauty after operation. Results The experimental group had all less operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,and hospital stay time than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in difference of incidence of complications, 3-year and 5-year survival rate, recurrence rate and metastasis rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Effect in postoperative beauty of breast in the experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In treating breast cancer,breast conserving surgery provides short hospital stay time, quick rehabilitation, and low body damage. This method shows precisely curative effect, along with satisfactory effect in appearance and beauty, and it is worth clinical application.
