乳腺细针针吸细胞学检查在基层医院应用的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的分析基层医院乳腺细针针吸细胞学(fine needle aspiration cytology,FNAC)诊断的准确性,评价该检查方法在基层医院应用的可行性。方法回顾北京市怀柔区中医医院有组织病理学结果的145例乳腺肿物细针针吸病例,将细胞学结果与组织学结果对照分析。结果 145例乳腺针吸病例中乳腺癌27例,纤维腺瘤45例,乳腺腺病40例,其他良性病变33例。针吸细胞学诊断乳腺癌的敏感性为92.6%,特异性为100%,准确性为98.6%。结论FNAC检查操作简便,诊断准确性高,可以作为基层医院乳腺肿物的常规检查项目。Objective To analyze the accuracy of breast fine needle aspiration cytology（FNAC） in primary hospital. Methods One hundred and forty-five breast FNAC cases with histological follow-up were retrospectively reviewed in Traditional Chinese Medial Hospital of Beijing Huairou District. Cytology diagnoses were correlated with the histology results. Results Among the 145 FNAC cases, there were 27 carcinomas, 45 fibroadenomas, 40 mastopathias and 33 other benign lesions. FNAC analysis revealed 92.6% sensitivity, 100% specificity and 98.6% accuracy for breast carcinomas.Conclusion FNAC is a convenient and accurate examination and can be served as a routine examination method for breast tumors in the primary hospital.
