奥卡西平对特发性癫痫患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨奥卡西平在特发性癫痫患者治疗中对其免疫功能的影响。方法 96例特发性癫痫患儿为观察组,100例健康儿童为对照组,观察组给予奥卡西平治疗,对比观察组用药前、用药3个月、6个月后免疫功能。结果用药前观察组IgG、IgA、IgM、CD8、ICAM-I水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3、CD4显著低于对照组(P<0.05);用药3个月后观察组IgG、IgA、CD8均显著低于用药前(P<0.05),CD3显著高于用药前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药3个月时观察组ICAM-I、CD4、IgM与服药前及对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药6个月后观察组IgG、IgA、CD8、ICAM-I均显著低于用药前(P<0.05),CD4显著高于用药前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IgM、CD3与用药前及对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥卡西平用于特发性癫痫患儿的治疗,不仅能够有效控制癫痫发作,同时能够提高患儿机体免疫功能,减少感染对生活质量的影响,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical influence of Oxcarbazepine on immunologic function in children with idiopathic epilepsy.Methods We selected 96 children with idiopathic epilepsy as the observation group receiving Oxcarbazepine treatment,simultaneously,100 healthy children were recruited as the control group.Then the immunologic function of both two groups before treatment and after 3-and 6-month treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results Before treatment,the observation group showed high levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,CD8,ICAM-I than the control group（P〈0.05）,while the levels of CD3 and CD4in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After 3-month treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and CD8 were significantly decreased in the observation group（P〈0.05）,while the level of CD3 was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,however no significant differences were found in the control group（P〉0.05）.After 6-month treatment,the observation group had significant lower levels of IgG,IgA,CD8,ICAM-I and had significant higher level of CD4 compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,which showed no statistical differences between the observation group and control group.In terms of the levels of IgM and CD3after6-month treatment,there were no statistical differences between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Oxcarbazepine can not only effectively control the seizures,but also improve immune function in the treatment of idiopathic epilepsy,which should be worthy of promotion in clinical application.
