摘 要:冷却液对于保证柴油机持续稳定工作具有重要作用。建立了某型柴油机的耦合仿真模型并以水为冷却介质通过台架试验对模型进行了验证;研究了使用水、纳米流体、-45号冷却液、130号冷却液和无水丙二醇作为冷却液,对柴油机本体传热量、缸内最高爆发压力、有效功率和燃油消耗率、缸盖火力面温度等方面的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下使用以上5种冷却液时,柴油机本体传热量依次减少,缸内最高爆发压力依次升高,有效功率依次增加,燃油消耗率依次降低,缸盖火力面温度依次升高。Coolant is important to ensure a diesel engine work steady and persistent. The coupled simulation model of a certain type of diesel engine is established and the model is verified by the test in which water is used as the cooling medium. The effects of using water, nano-fluid, -45# coolant, 130# coolant and non-aqueous propylene glycol as coolants, on the diesel engine body heat transfer, maximum cylinder explosion pressure, effective power and fuel consumption rate, cylinder head combustion surface temperature were studied in this paper. The results show that under the same conditions using the above five kinds of coolant, engine body heat transfer, fuel consumption rate decreases, the cylinder maximum explosion pressure, the effective power, the cylinder head combustion surface temperature gradually increased.
