摘 要:【目的】探讨杨树叶与猪粪混合发酵生产沼气的效果,为落叶资源循环利用提供新途径。【方法】将杨树叶堆沤后,与猪粪按照不同比例(1∶0、2∶1、1∶1、1∶2、0∶1)混合,于35℃下发酵,分析不同原料配比对沼气产量、所产沼气中甲烷含量及沼液p H的影响,并对初始p H进行优化。【结果】纯杨树叶发酵的总产气量和总固体(TS)产气率较低;添加猪粪混合发酵后,总产气量和TS产气率随猪粪添加量的增加而大幅提高,其中以叶粪比1:2最高,总产气量和TS产气率分别为7338 m L和262 m L/g,且比纯猪粪发酵的TS产气率提高了10.1%,沼气中甲烷含量略高,发酵至第7 d超过50.0%,发酵p H较稳定。初始p H设为7.50~8.00最适合沼气产生。【结论】杨树叶不宜作为单独原料进行发酵,以1∶2比例混合猪粪进行发酵产沼气的效率最高,且可提高杨树叶的利用率。【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate co-fermentation of poplar leaves mixed and swine feces to produce biogas, in order to provide a new way for cyclic utilization of fallen leaves. 【Method】The composted poplar leaves were mixed with swine feces in different proportions(1 ∶0, 2 ∶1, 1 ∶1, 1 ∶2, 0 ∶1), then were fermented under 35 ℃. Effects of different raw material ratios on biogas yield, methane content and p H of biogas slurry were analyzed, the initial p H was also optimized. 【Result】The results showed that, when fermenting poplar leaves, the total biogas yield and total solid(TS) biogas production rate were lower. After mixing poplar leaves with swine feces, total biogas yield and TS biogas production rate were significantly increased with increase of swine feces, especially when ratio of poplar leaves to swine feces was 1∶2, the total biogas yield and TS biogas production rate were all the highest, which were7338 m L and 262 m L/g, respectively, and the TS biogas production rate was increased by 10.1% compared with that of fermenting pure swine feces. At the right ratio, the methane content in biogas was slightly higher. The methane content in biogas was more than 50% on 7^(th)day of fermentation. The p H of fermentation liquor was relatively stable. The optimum initial p H ranged from 7.50 to 8.00. 【Conclusion】The poplar leaves are unsuitable as single fermentation material. When fermenting poplar leaves mixed with swine feces at 1∶2, the TS biogas production rate is the highest, the utilization rate of poplar leaves is improved.
