摘  要:采用聚乙二醇模拟干旱胁迫,研究5种委陵菜(Potentilla)抗旱性,探索干旱胁迫对5种委陵菜属植物渗透调节物质可溶性蛋白质与脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫处理后委陵菜可溶性蛋白相对含量有所增加,干旱胁迫1~5 d莓叶委陵菜可溶性蛋白相对含量增幅最大,处理7 d蛇含委陵菜可溶性蛋白质相对含量增幅最大,而蔓委陵菜与三叶委陵菜可溶性蛋白质相对含量增幅较小,且在20%PEG处理第5天后下降。干旱胁迫处理使5种委陵菜叶片脯氨酸相对含量上升,其中蛇含委陵菜与莓叶委陵菜脯氨酸相对含量增幅最大;10%PEG与15%PEG胁迫处理后5种委陵菜脯氨酸相对含量均呈上升趋势,20%PEG胁迫处理第5天伏委陵菜与三叶委陵菜叶片中的脯氨酸相对含量即呈现下降趋势。5种委陵菜抗旱能力依次为蛇含委陵菜〉莓叶委陵菜〉蔓委陵菜〉伏委陵菜〉三叶委陵菜。In this paper, utilizing polyethylene glycol to simulate drought stress,drought resistance was studied on 5 species of Potentilla. The influence of drought stress on the content of soluble protein and proline was also studied.Under the drought stress,soluble protein content of 5 species of Potentilla increased. From 1 day to 5 days, the soluble protein content of Potentilla fragarioides shows the largest increase.In 7 days, the protein content of Potentilla kleiniana increased most. in the soluble protein content of Potentilla flagellaris and Potentilla freyniana increased less, which decreased in 5 d after treated by 20%PEP. Under drought stress,proline content of 5 Potentilla increased.In Potentilla kleiniana and Potentilla fragarioides,the proline content increased most.Also,the proline content of 5 species of Potentilla increased after treated by 10% and 15% PEG.Treated by 20% PEG,the relative content of proline in Potentilla paradoxa and Potentilla freyniana decreased after 5 days.The drought resistance of the five Potentilla is gauged as follows: Potentilla kleiniana, Potentilla fragarioides, Potentilla flagellaris, Potentilla paradoxa, Potentilla freyniana.
