摘 要:在盆栽条件下,以豫麦49-198为试验材料,研究了盐胁迫下生物有机肥对小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)幼苗活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,增施有机肥及生物有机肥在750~1 500 kg/hm2施用范围内小麦叶片超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率均比施用无机肥明显降低,SOD和CAT活力、株高、地上部鲜重和干重则明显提高,以生物有机肥1 500 kg/hm2处理效应最强。A pot experiment was carried out to explore the regulating mechanism of biological organic fertilizer application on the reactive oxygen metabolism of wheat(Yumai49-198) seedling leaves. The results showed that application of organic fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer at the treatments of 750~1 500 kg / hm2 decreased superoxide radical formation rate(O2-),and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) compared to inorganic fertilizer,and finally increased the plant height,the fresh weight and dry weight of above-ground of the seedling. Among the treatments,the 1 500 kg / hm2 biological organic fertilizer treatment had the greatest effect.
