GC-MS Method for Content Dtermination of Three Kinds of Plasticizers in Liquid and Semi Solid Food Packed in Market Plastic Bottles

摘　　要：以深圳市113批次市售塑料瓶包装液体、半固体食品样品作为研究对象,以GC-MS法对样品中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)三种塑化剂指标进行检测和分析评价。结果表明,在27批次的食用油、油脂及其制品中有1批次样品检出DBP,DBP为0.430 mg/kg,判定为不合格;1批次样品DEHP有检出,DEHP为1.62 mg/kg,判定为不合格;其余2批次的乳制品、79批次的饮料、2批次的糖果制品(含巧克力及制品)、3批次的蜂产品共86批次样品中,DIBP、DBP、DEHP 3种塑化剂均未检出,表明深圳市市售塑料瓶包装液体、半固体食品中塑化剂风险整体较低。Taking 113 batches of the commercially available liquid and semi solid food samples packed in market plastic bottles of Shenzhen as the research objects. The plasticizers indexes of diisobutyl phthalate（DIBP）, di-butyl phthalate（DBP）and di-（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate（DEHP） contained in these samples were detected and analyzed by using the GC-MS method.Meanwhile, the results were evaluated according to the sanitation supervision letter（2011） No. 551. The experimental results showed that, in the 27 batches of edible oils, fats and its products, 1 batch of sample was found to be DBP positive,0.430 mg / kg≥0.300 mg / kg,the sample was judged to be unqualified; another batch of sample was detected to be DEHP positive,1.62 mg / kg ≥1.50 mg / kg,the sample was judged to be unqualified; and in the remaining 2 batches of dairy products,79 batches of beverage, 2 batches of candy products（including chocolates and chocolate products）, 3 batches of bee products,in total 86 batches of samples, the three indexes of DIBP,DBP,DEHP were not detected, which indicated that the overall risk of plasticizers in the commercially available liquid and semi solid food packed in market plastic bottles of Shenzhen was relatively low.
