摘 要:对水稻中2个新的F-box蛋白基因Os5h和Os7h进行生物信息学预测分析。试验结果表明,基因序列分析确定Os5h和Os7h是F-box家族的两个基因;启动子预测分析结果表明,这两个基因含有大量的与光反应应答相关的元件,并且也都含有非生物逆境应答元件;对这两个基因进行了转录表达分析和共表达基因的分析,Os5h基因在花中表达最高,胚芽中最低,Os7h基因在根中表达相对其他组织较低,但整体表达相对比较均匀。Two new F-box protein genes Os5 h and Os7 h of rice were analysed by bioinformatics. The reults showed that genes Os5 h and Os7 h were belong to the F-box family though gene sequence analysis. Promoters of the two gene were predicted,containing a large number of elements for the light responses, and also containing abiotic stress response elements. At the same time,the two genes were done for the transcription-expression analysis and co-expression analysis. Gene Os5 h expressed the highest in flower and the lowest in germ, gene Os7 h in root expression was lower relative to other tissues, but the overall expression is relatively uniform.
