园艺产品贮藏加工生产实习教学改革的探索

摘　　要：生产实习是食品科学与工程专业本科教学计划中实践教学环节的重要组成部分,是提高人才培养质量不可缺少的环节。园艺产品贮藏加工生产实习是我校食品科学与工程专业生产实习的重要模块之一。本文结合我校多年经验,分析解决园艺产品贮藏加工生产实习中存在的问题,探索解决相关问题的具体措施,构建工程教学模式下园艺产品贮藏加工生产实习的思路。Production practice is an important component of practice teaching in the undergraduate teaching plan of food science and engineering major, as well as an indispensable part in improving the cultivation quality of talents. The production practice of horticultural production storage and processing is an important program for the production practice of food science and engineering major. Combined with many years＇ experience of our university, this paper analyzes and solves the problems existing in the production practice of horticultural product storage and processing, explores specific measures to solve them, and constructs ideas for it under the model of engineering teaching.
